Welcome to Zavique. We are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Shipping Locations

Zavique currently ships to:

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)

  • Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

We do not ship to other countries at this time.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

  • Orders are processed on business days only.

  • Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


3. Delivery Time

UAE

Estimated Delivery Time: 3–4 Business Days

KSA

Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier service availability, customs procedures (for KSA), or peak seasons.

Zavique is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Since we operate primarily on Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Customers must be available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

  • Our team may contact customers via phone or WhatsApp for order verification.

  • Orders not confirmed may be canceled.

Refusal of confirmed orders without a valid reason may result in restriction from future COD purchases.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

  • We may offer promotional free shipping from time to time.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.


6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If:

  • The customer is unavailable

  • The contact number is unreachable

  • The address provided is incomplete or incorrect

The courier may attempt re-delivery. However, repeated failed attempts may result in order cancellation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.


7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details (if available) will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update in the courier system.


8. Customs & Duties (KSA Orders)

For shipments to Saudi Arabia (KSA):

  • Delivery timelines may be affected by customs clearance procedures.

  • Any applicable local regulations must be complied with by the customer.


9. Address Responsibility

Zavique is not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays due to incorrect address details

  • Loss caused by customer-provided inaccurate information
