1. Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Product must not be damaged by misuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal use products (if opened or used)

  • Clearance / Sale items

  • Damaged items caused by customer misuse


3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or video proof

  • Our team will review and arrange replacement or refund


4. Refunds (Cash on Delivery Orders)

Since we operate on Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer after product inspection

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

If product is returned due to customer refusal without valid reason, shipping cost may be deducted.


5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only if:

  • Product is damaged

  • Wrong product delivered

Exchange is subject to stock availability.
